Invited by the Director of the St Lucian football federation to plan and implement a one week program for the U15/U17 National Team players.  Daily this involved coaching up to 40 players and overall involved coaching a group of International coaches bringing various methodologies to the St Lucian football federation.

·       Responsible for the delivery and preparation of the daily training sessions for both the senior and reserve teams.

·       Facilitated successful integration of youth players into the first team, of which four players aged 15 years old to 17

        years old are now an  

        integral part of the squad.  Players subsequently called up to the National Team setup.

·       Season objective for the club was to get into the Europa League 1st round by winning the Rock Cup in Gibraltar.
